What's cracking people, okay so If you don't already about an artist called Crystal Celeb you will very soon. She's about to release her new single Bye Bye which is bound to be a ladies anthem, this catchy bassline song is produced by J Dark and features rapper Husky and of course myself that Mr Midas. Crystal is going at all the wotless man Dem and telling them Bye Bye and me and Husky are repping for the man Dem.

We shot a video for the single couple weeks back and the concept was sick, its all based on Barbie and Ken, the video all shot on green screen and the Crystal Celeb Barbie world will be created after.
The songs super catchy and even though I'm far from a Bassline fan love it and not just cause I'm in it lol

Urban Superstar Soccer

The Suns been blazing and we've actually had some nice weather what better time to have a huge outdoor event.

Well Sunday 23rd the lovely ladies from Face4music put together the official Urban Superstar soccer event. The basis of the event was to have celebs playing a football match against a semi pro team for Charity and then a big live show.

The day started off great with the Sun blazing and I rolled to the event about 11am for Sound check (which never happened) when I turned up the models where getting the faces put on so to speak and the acts where slowly arriving to the Kingston venue, the main event started at like 2:30 and the match began not long after, the celeb team included Wretch 32, Scorcher' G Fresh, Infa Red, Buck from SN1, Myself, DJ Eastwood, Infa Red plus more..

The day was a great family event and had everything from cheerleaders, flame throwers to food.

Nike had me looking super fresh death as always and you know I was very pleased by all the lovely ladies lol Anyways check the out!

OKAY SO MONDAY NIGHT WAS ALL ABOUT VENDOME....

As it has been for the past couple months, wit Mike L promoting and the fully VIP style club its deffo a good combo. I was still tired from roller disco the night before (see below)but Mr Midas parties very hard.

Got to the venue with Jay Reid from Bad Boy Records and couple man dem and was told to queue..... Now I ain't a diva but that’s a par. Holla'd at Mike and that was it.

Got in the club and the ladies were like Jeeezzzzzzzzz, dammm, sexy!! lol deffo Mr Midas time. The night was heavy music was pumping. (Even though the DJ kept stopping the dancehall after like 1 hook, not impressed) and the drinks were flowing, I was on that Belvedere and my glass never seemed to get empty all night lol.

I partied ard... flirted with loads of pretty women and exchanged bare berry pins. Sway was there and did a PA in the strange circling DJ booth and couple other stars passed the venue...
The Venue wasn't as packed as when I went last for the Birthday sex party but was full enough to have the place popping'

The overall night was a success I had fun and got over drunk, I mean tipsy lol

Vendome Monday nights the place to be

Fun Day - Sunday

Anyone who knows me Sunday is just another day on the grind but this Sunday I had a fun day...

After sleeping in till after 1pm like a real lazy lad I got up spring cleaned (no maid budget, Yet!) got dressed looking fresh to death in white and blue and hit the road.

I went down to Kojo's Family fun day in Hyde Park which was too much joke black people playing British Bulldog and rounders is jokes.

The park was full of industry heads and famous faces including Kojo (of course) his sexy fun house ladies, Su Elise,
Bianica Simmone, Leonard flavour msg CEO, J stories and the UK Stunners all enjoyin the sun and fun wit there families.

The sun was blazing and there was plenty of pretty faces and my peoples so Mr Midas was a happy bunni....

I then left there and linked couple me people including Miss London at the 02 arena to go roller disco and I'm sick wit it lol considering I've been once before since I was a kid, the music was provided by Choice FM there's nuttin like staking round to some Movado lol.

But was a very fun day gotta do more of them... So every 3rd Sunday is now officially fun day, Mini golf next time.

Super Sunday Show.

So Sunday night was all about the Sunday Show 1st birthday or Super Sunday Show which was amazing and the best so far... Instead of just blogging it i'ma actually review it so here's the Mr Midas Blogtastic review.

I got to the Super Sunday show on white peoples time, not only was I on time but I was early (that's a 1st)
Walked into the Mermaid theatre and was taken to the upstairs lobby were everyone was waiting to be seated, did the met and great with all the industry faces then was taken to the front specially reserved seats, Mr Midas style. There were loads of the industry peeps including Tim Westwood, Twin B. Reggie Yates, Clement Marfo and UK Choc CEO Richard to name a few.

The ladies in the house were like wow!! Everywhere. I kept looking around just to see all the pretty faces. Swear down.

The show ran on black peoples time and Kat 'the nights host' was clowning the microphone and urban budget, the pint sized funny man opened the show with some super funny jokes.... between cussin the crowd and having the gal dem screaming he had the crowd hype and working well.

After the dancing the opening act was Dean Atta spoken word poet who's performance was very strong. He gave 3 different pieces each thought provoking and slick. Young Nate performed his new track wowing the ladies... You girls were slyly excited.

His performance was good except some very unimpressed girls he tired to sing to when steppin off stage. (naming no names lol)

Eddie Kadi rocked the place.... The comical genius had everyone in stitches opened up with his old school jokes how to talk to girls jokes. Too funny!!!! The new king of comedy!!! Swear down!!!



The funniest thing was the game show when Eddie and Jazzie B (What you mean, What you mean) had to give each other some chat up lines on some Bruno ting!!!! Funny though won't lie...





Miss London rocked the stage with her brand new hair style, short slick and very sexy!! and no weave Jeeezzzz lol
She dropped a chat up line that would have any man weak, dropped her bracelet on the floor and picked it up by dropping to the floor doing the full splits! Bumberklart!!! the man dem were hype.


Other performances on the night came from Haley C who slowed it down before dropping some funky funky wearing a super glittery Toto, James Massiah had the girls weak with his spoken word and took a girl from the crowd who was over excited lol was over eyeing him up lol and the Tribal man did the tribal skank with a few dancers including London.





Then it was times for the West Indian comedians:
Richard Blackwood hit the stage in a tight superman top had the gal dem round me over weak, This guy is too funny, Swear down he had me in tears. Told a story about his Airport beef with an Asian boy and was acting though the story.... Too too funny.

Finally
Slim was the final comedian of the night and spoke on the differences between his generation and this one.
Sway performed Saturday night and FURX and mad the crowd stand up and party.

The overall night was a big success, Having Kat hosting was a great look and having it in a theatre, gave the night a much plush feel, only thing it missed was a Mr Midas performance lol
